I've built CHDK for revision 102c, many thanks srsa_4c.

It should be on par with srsa's build, I didn't do much testing, see the first post for instructions and known issues.

Thank you, it works. The only thing i have that the OSD is flicering if i will take pictures.

That's to be expected. The way we do rendering right now is not exactly optimal.

Will it be possible to use the camera as "usb stick" ?

No, the Canon firmware doesn't support "mass storage" mode. As far as I know no Canon compacts supported that ever. Implementing mass storage support on a mostly unknown hardware/firmware is close to impossible.
