For reference,  here's the patch I used for the ixus125.  Moves the DISP button functions in <ALT> mode to the Video key (including RAW toggle).

Should be straight forward to apply to other cams where the DISP key is mapped on top of the right_click button.

Equivalent patch works on A810 and A1400, added in revision 3489 (trunk)
