Add user selectable 'DNG crop size' option (JPEG, Active Area, or Full Sensor).
Reset DNG JPEG crop size to match Canon size for G12, G1X, IXUS310, SX30 & SX40.
Add options to override calculated JPEG crop origin, fix crop origin for G12 & G1X.
Remove CameraCalibration? matrices for G1X - these are specific to a single camera, not the camera model.
