I have a Canon S110 I am looking for CHDK with better low light and video at 60fps anybody know if these scripts are available??

CHDK can't do anything to improve the optics of your camera or its sensor.  You might be able to get better images for post-processing work using RAW/DNG (more dynamic range) but its not going to help your camera focus faster or run at an ISO value (much) above what Canon provides.

As far as 60 fps, there have been experiments with this, but there is nothing available to use.  If Canon could make 60fps available with your camera's hardware, it's likely they would have. The P&S camera market is very competitive.
