Improve raw directory options, default to "with jpeg" -  from waterwingz in ​http://chdk.setepontos.com/index.php?topic=650.msg114397#msg114397

• A/DCIM :  stores the raw/dng files in either  A/DCIM/100Canon  or A/DCIM/101_01 (based on #ifdef CAM_DATE_FOLDER_NAMING)
  
• withJPG :  stores the raw/dng files in the same folder as the JPG's  (this is now the default setting)
  
• A/RAW  :  stores the raw/dng files in a new main folder and uses the subfolder naming convention used for the camera's A/DCIM jpg storage.
