ELPH 340 HS 100a firmware dump

ELPH 340 HS 100a firmware dump

Using the Universal Dumper script appended to the extend.m file, I got a 16MB dump of the firmware from my ELPH 340 HS camera.  The dump is available at: http://www3.telus.net/rkomar/PRIMARY.BIN.  ACID tells me that the firmware version is 100a.  CBDUMPER.LOG has the line "FF010000 dry" in it.

I got a bit of experience helping to test the A4000 port, and would like to help get the port to this model going, as well.  What previous port would be a good place to start from?

It's almost identical to the Ixus 265-100a

DumpF = Ixus265-100a

49065 same row(s)
42 Unimportant difference row(s)
273 Important  Ixus265-100a orphan row(s)

Sorry everyone.  I looked through the DryOS Development threads to see if there was a thread for this model, but didn't see the Firmware Dumping section.  (head slap)

From CHDK perspective they are identical. The differences are in camera-specific data areas (calibration, camera settings, etc.). Further binary comparison is therefore meaningless.
