CHDK with a macbook?

Hi there

I am an owner of a Powershot A720 IS and I am interested in shooting in RAW format and in the function of auto bracketing.

My questions are:

1. Is auto bracketing a feature that is included in any CHDK firmware for my camera?

2. How can install that specific firmware (RAW and auto bracketing) by using a mac?

Cheers!

Yes it is. You choose the steps (1/3, 2/3 etc) and to what direction you want to jump (+,-). Then hold the button until you get the number of pictures you want.

Don't really know, not a Mac user. But this could be helpful.

Thanks for your answer wontolla, but I really need ready-to-go step-by-step instructions.

Cheers!

1. Left click in the link I gave you.
2. Scroll down until you reach borismann's post. His first sentence is: I just wrote up very long instructions on my blog here:
3. Left click in his blog link.
4. Read

If you don't understand his instructions, come back and ask (in the link I gave you). I mean, show some interest/effort first.

I know asking is easier than reading.
But...
Ignoring (lazy people) is easier than answering.
