Hi there

I am new to CHDK, this is really amazing :D I can now really use my G12.

While I install the latest firmware using Version 1.00G, I find the camera not reboot and CHDK welcome screen not prompt after confirm the firmware upgrade.  Besides, all buttons not work (even power) unless I remove the battery.  I also try Version 1.00F and the result is the same.

When I try version 1.00E, it works!

May I learn from the guru if there is something special before I can run Version 1.00G please?

The CHDK version you need to use is the one that matches the firmware in your camera. The actual code is the same in each version  - 1.00e does the exact same thing as 1.00g.
