Standard Scripts SX500IS not working!

A few day ago I installed CHDK. Everything is working perfectly except for the Scripts. These are all standart Scripts which I downloaded in the CHDK-FUll Package for the SX500 IS, Firmware 100C.
Shouldn't these all be working, since this download is a stable built?
Or does anyone know why they aren't working?

Thanks in advance

It would be a lot easier to answer that question if you would describe what you mean by "not working".   I can pretty much guarantee that they do work, which suggests you are missing a step or doing something incorrectly.  Please provide a detailed step-by-step description of what do when you try to run a script.

You are right, sorry. It seems that the second part of my earlyer post went lost.
I go into alt-mode and via the function button, I choose a Script. I have tried the Interval-Script and HDR Script so far. I press "Menu" and on the lower left hand corner, the name of the Skript is shown. When i press the shutter, the script starts, but after one shot, it "freezes". It shows the picture taken and remains like that. It does not continue taking multiple photos. This i experience during both the HDR and the Interval scripts. When i press the Shutterresease again, the scripts stops.

So far, i was able to get some results by changing the "shoot" in the scripts into click "shoot_full".
But then, it seems to get confused with the timing. Sometimes, it takes only every second picture. So, while the couter displayed in the left corner counts to e.g 10, only five pictures are taken.

I hope this helps you understanding my problem.

It's very hard to see what can be going wrong with the interval.bas script - it's so simple and works on every camera I've ever tried. However - it does wait at least 15 seconds between photos by default - are you sure you waited long enough?

What build did you install? You can find out by going to the "Miscellaneous" CHDK menu and selecting :Show Build Info".

Seems like you are doing  everything correctly so it may be a problem with the CHDK port or your camera setup?

Is the camera in "P" or "AUTO" mode? How much free space is available on your SD card? Did you (mistakenly) format your SD card with two partitions?

There are a number of other scripts included with CHDK that don't actually shoot. Do those run correctly? (Look in the A/CHDK/SCRIPTS/EXAM directory for COUNTDOWN, EGGTIMER, LOTTO, STOPWATCH)

Check whether 'review' is set to 'hold' in the Canon rec menu. If so, you may want to set it to 'off'.
