Load CHDK in ARAM, and remove KEY_PRINT alias.

Koshy had a little ELPH which wasn't white as snow but everywhere that Koshy went the ELPH was sure to go. (actually an SD, but that detail ruins the rhyme...)

I left both ARAM_MALLOC and EXTMEM_MALLOC, not much left of ARAM after loading CHDK.

sx120is: Load CHDK in ARAM and remove KEY_PRINT alias.
ixus200_sd980: Load CHDK in ARAM, remove capture entries not found in firmware, remove KEY_PRINT alias.

Just putting my oar in where not required, but the revised mode map for the Ixus 200 looks a little spartan compared with the spec on the Canon web site... which lists the following modes....

Modes     Auto*, P, Portrait, Night Snapshot, Kids & Pets, Indoor, Sunset, Creative Light Effect, Fireworks, Long Shutter, Beach, Aquarium, Foliage, Snow, ISO 3200ยน, Digital Macro, Color Accent, Color Swap, Stitch Assist, Movie. *with Scene Detection Technology and Motion Detection Technology
   
Photo Effects     My Colors (My Colors Off, Vivid, Neutral, Sepia, Black & White, Positive Film, Lighter Skin Tone, Darker Skin Tone, Vivid Blue, Vivid Green, Vivid Red, Custom Color)

(all, some or none of which may apply  :D )
