RAW Saving Times(s110/s120)

Currently have an ELPH 310 HS with a Sandisk Extreme Pro card 95mb/s card.  Using the raw write speed script I consistently see between 1170-1200 millseconds to write a raw file while taking continuous shots.  Thinking about upgrading to a Canon S110 or S120 and wondering what type of increase I would see when shooting continuous raw photos?  Anyone have any experience with those cameras that can comment?  I use the camera mostly for taking action shots while ski touring.  The larger sensor of the s110 or s120 will be nice for lower light situations, but I'd like to be able to increase my ability to decrease raw save times as well.  Thoughts?

The S110 and S120 have raw support in the Canon firmware, so you should be able to get the shooting rates for that from Canon or general review sites dpreview.

I would expect CHDK raw to generally be slower, or at least not significantly faster. There is no CHDK port for the S120 yet.
Don't forget what the H stands for.
