CHDK supports Ricoh CA-1 remote switch, but I cannot find it anywhere on eBay.

However, I found something called JJC RCA-2 remote switch, for which the seller says it's compatible with CA-1 (it supports half-press and full-press).

Looks like it should   I did some googling here, on dpreview, and on the SDM yahoo forum and others have suggested using this model (or something like it).

Note that there is also a Richoh CA-2 on the market - exactly the same as the CA-1 but with a plug for a smaller USB jack.  You can get an adapter to convert jack sizes from the usual electronics sources.
