Every time I come to the site, I get a popup across the bottom of the window notifying me that the site uses cookies, and I have to click OK to get rid of it.  Using IE11, is there a way to make that OK permanent?

FWIW,  I don't get it on Chrome or Firefox - but I use the option to "stay logged in".     

I do get it every time on my smartphone (semi-smart phone -  CrackBerry ) even though I'm permanently logged in there too.
