CHDK wont boot up

I have down loaded all versions of CHDK for my Canon S100
I have 3 cameras
One card works and two do not
They were installed when I bought it
I downloaded ACID and Camera version 1.3
Both say I have a 101B firmware
I used the disk boot tool and moved CHDK plus diskboot over to the SD card that was fully formated and formatted in my Camera

Nothing stops the bootup saying Memory card locked

I am ready to kill myself with a dinner fork if I cant get this to work

You need to determine the firmware version of each of your cameras individually (it could be that one or two of them is not 101b). Shoot a picture with each one then use those pictures with STICK to prepare 3 SD cards.
If you format a card in camera, it will erase all CHDK files and make the card unbootable. If you do this, you need to reinstall CHDK afterwards.

edit:
Since there is an official Canon firmware upgrade available for the S100, you could update all cameras to the latest official firmware (1.0.2.0, probably 102a). You could then use the same CHDK release on all 3 cams.
