I am trying to take Night-low-light with maximum zoom

but not able to capture anything

at the same time : No zoom , using CHDK settings , I get bright picture

Your zoom lens loses brightness as you zoom in. Decrease the shutter speed or increase the ISO sensitivity to compensate.
