Raw Merge Question

Hi All:

I am not sure why we have this line in the raw_merge.c file. What is its purpose of substracting some black level?

           if (row[i]>BLACK_LEVEL*(raw_count-1)) row[i]-=BLACK_LEVEL*(raw_count-1); else row[i]=0;
