Yes, thank you,
It's working. I've only tested the intervalometer and exposures longer than 15 sec with ISO higher than 100. Those are the important parts for me. 😃
Thanks for confirming. It's virtually certain that it works exactly the same as 100f, so I've added it to the autobuild.
Don't forget what the H stands for.

I'm not sure, if this is the proper place. I tried to get CHDK (latest alpha) running on my sx60hs. I tried sticks, Chimps (doesnt work at all says not ccompatible firmware, but sticks says its 1.00h) and the eoscard method. All of them don't work, camera just doesn't boot. I also tried differrent cards and always the same. As long as the sdcard lock is activated, the camera doesn't start

What size card are you trying to use?  It's possible that the latest really large cards are not being setup correctly.

I tried it with an 128GB and 64GB Card. They both worked in my old Sx500IS with chdk

I think CHIMP and STICK both look at the Stable branch of CHDK - which is currently  release 1.4.1  The SX60 was not added to that branch - you have to download it from the so called unstable or development branch ( 1.5.0 ).   I don't know about CHIMP but I know STICK will let you choose that option if you have the latest version.

Otherwise, download the distribution file from here : CHDK Autobuild Dev Version and follow this process : STICKX

and the eoscard method.
EOScard is very tricky to use and actually make it work. Its also somewhat obsolete.

Do you mean the screen stays black and nothing appears to happen? In that case, the most likely reason is either that the 100h build is broken, or you haven't successfully installed and it's trying to run the SX500IS build.

If your card is already prepared and working in SX500, you can just replace the CHDK files with ones from the autobuild http://mighty-hoernsche.de/trunk/

A test build that was reported to work on 100h was posted in https://chdk.setepontos.com/index.php?topic=12532.msg136882#msg136882 - If this works and the trunk doesn't, we must have broken something.

With the Alpha build i can make the camera "boot up", which means sometimes it gets past the canon logo (and see something in the viewfinder), sometimes not. CHDK is not loaded and the camera is pretty unresponsive (to turn it off i need to remove the SDCard first, then i can power it off.

I honestly don't know what I might be doing wrong, I am doing exactly the same what i did with my sx500is in february but its just not working. SDCard is recognized as bottable when I run stick again, i double checked if I am using the right build 8I (idn't at the first attempt, shame on me, there I got mixed up and actually tried to load the old CHDK for my sx500)

Can you please make a firmware dump and share it? https://chdk.fandom.com/wiki/Canon_Basic/Scripts/Dumper
