Have corrected two problems with the script.

First, using dof.aperture to get the aperture number doesn't work on the M3, so have used

n = av96_to_aperture(get_user_av96())
Second, it looks like trying to control the lens resolution doesn't work with an EFM lens, so I have hardbaked lens control into the script, no user variable.

But I should move the focus script into script corner. That's easier to find.
