You need to provide more detail about what you are trying to do. It should go without saying the camera will not run C# code.

If you are trying to control the camera from a C# application on the PC, then http://chdk.wikia.com/wiki/PTP_Extension may have what you are looking for.

If you do want to write camera code, then you need to use C, assembler, Lua or ubasic.
Don't forget what the H stands for.

Thank You very much for the response so fast.
Please consider me I am new and have no idea with CHDK.
Only I wanted to know how I will integrate with my C# code.
Where to download ...?
I need to manipulate my cameras images during taking photos.
Than I want to use them in my desktop app.
I need a very simple  to start..
If needs I can write in C++ to the cameras also.
A nice  road to start. Please...

You're going to need to use just plain old C and/or ARM assembler,  as reyalp said in his earlier post.
