I don’t want to waste your time but running drtest.lua and the following stuff would be interesting….

Hello there,

I run all three. I put the csv files in my Dropbox since I can only upload two files.

Please tell me if you need me to change any of the settings. :)

This camera (M10) looks like an upgrade in various ways to my S110 (and SX260).
Can I help with testing or similar?
Or just wait for new releases?

Hi there, Since today I am the proud but perplexed owner of a Canon EOS M10. I ran Magic Lantern on my now half-dead "M" to run a pair of old Pentax K lenses. I was kind of surprised, apart from the flimsy construction, that the "M10" runs on different firmware than the "M" and does not react to ML. No way to get the shutter working with the old lenses and, no RAW!
My question: What is the status of the CHDK "M10" port? I only need shutter control and RAW.
Cheers,
Laurens

One of the C.Fn functions is "Release shutter without lens".

and, no RAW!
If you mean RAW video: that's not implemented on any CHDK supported camera at the moment. AFAIK Ant is doing some related research on the M3, but that's all.

If you have a fast UHS card, try running the benchmark and see if you can get write speeds above 20 MB/s. My attempts maxed out just below that limit.

To date, I have only done some basic testing of CHDK overrides. Doing more thorough tests under various conditions (lighting, ISO, factory image enhancer functions on/off) would probably be useful.
Also, suggestions on possibly improving camera functions / usability would also be welcome.

However, if you'd like to jump to a CHDK supported interchangeable lens camera, be sure to consider the hardware limitations before buying - the M3 offers more (ext. flash, optional EVF, more buttons and dials).

For me it is just a (hopefully) better SX260 or S110.
I.e.: a P&S camera with larger ISO range and also a better camera to do (night time or perhaps also day time) timelapses.

I suspect M10 has the same IS problems as M3 and M5

Hmm. Could CHDK help here?
I.e.: basically shut off the IS when not needed? (thus saving battery)

I wonder how did they measure 80MB/s.

Exactly.
Another problem is camera stuck during power off with non Canon IS lens.
