New release, with "normal" sized default font and other CHDK improvements (port specific code is unchanged).

Changes:
- default font is no longer tiny (but it's uglier due to rough magnification)
- the old, tiny font can still be chosen for OSD elements, by using CHDK Settings -> OSD Layout Editor
- motion detection should work better (by 62ndidiot)
- histogram and zebra are now available, with some limitations (by 62ndidiot)
- custom auto ISO and the Lua get_live_histo function should now work correctly (by reyalp)

When upgrading an existing install, CHDK settings may need to be reset due to the changed palette.

Note that long exposures are still not supported in this build.

FWIW,  as it only affects D6 cams,  I'd like to see the font changes added to the dev trunk ASAP.  Saves me patching my G16 build and then removing the patch each time I want to save a snapshot.

It's already there, see changesets 4779...4782.

New release,

Hey there.
I don't understand why you guys are always pointing out that the long exposure function isn't working.
I use it with my M10 since your first release with times between 35sec to 5min (didn't feel like taking longer pics) and it always worked perfectly fine.
Simply choose longExp, the time I wanted, made sure the point is active, left the menu by pressing play, and just pressed the normal button to take a pic.

Because it did not work when I tried.

Extra long exposure support usually requires additional code in a CHDK port. So far, I did not add them in the M10 port.

Now that you mentioned, I tried again, harder.

I can confirm that long exposure times do work when the override is set (in CHDK menu) and the camera is in M mode.
In Av, Tv, P modes, the firmware re-evaluates exposure relatively quickly when the shutter is kept half pressed (this might be caused by a Canon setting, but so far I did not find it). So it looks like I may have to work a bit more to make overrides more stable...

It has been reported that the EOS M3 allows downgrading to earlier firmware releases. I don't know whether the same is true for the M10.
You may want to dump the current firmware first and compare it to 110d. There's a chance that they are "compatible". Of course, the current port won't run unmodified on 110f, but the required modification (in case of compatibility) is minor.

edit:
the official Canon 110d fw upgrade can be found on Canon's support site.

really? on the Canon website there is a 1.1.0 firmware created on 18th March 2016 - it seems it is the 1.1.0f since if I try to up/downgrade using this firmware I get a strange answer 'Update already' and updating process seems not to run - the recent 1.1.0f did not change so I guess the firmware on Canons wbsite is either the 1.1.0f or the downgrade process does not work with the M10 if this firmware is really the 1.1.0d
