on the Canon website there is a 1.1.0 firmware created on 18th March 2016 - it seems it is the 1.1.0f since if I try to up/downgrade using this firmware I get a strange answer 'Update already' and updating process seems not to run
That really is the 110d firmware. Apparently only the official part of the firmware version is checked when updating, which is 1.1.0 in both cases.
i just bought a ref M10, so i want to be tester of your porting!
and.....i have question for the unofficial release, is the intervalometer feature working yet?
maybe a downgrade to 1.0.0 works then an upgrade to 110d - I could give this a try if there is a 1.0.x version available somewhere
I think that all recently M10 cameras on the market have this new firmware 1.1.0f .
I dont know if chdk work on this new firmware because

I hope you will succeed for new firmware but may be they try (canon) to block the portage and if i can do something to help.

We would have noticed if they did.
