Preview not working or very slow?

Recently, pressing the preview button seems to just show "Fetching preview" forever, or a very long time (well over a minute). Using firefox on Win7, new theme.

Seems to be working in chrome

Worked instantly here, Chrome on OS X... :/ Have you tried a different browser?

I don't have Firefox installed, have you checked for anything strange on the inspector?

I can't look at this properly right now, but it's weird, in the js file (which is unchanged since last year) the object is actually oXMLDoc, not XMLDoc...


Are you just posting text or anything in bbcode?

I can confirm the issue (also FF here). Happens also when trying to preview simple text.
This issue (and those below) seems to coincide with the latest forum-adjustments (tapatalk-related?).
Also happening since then:
- "Post reply" page looks somehow ugly (larger font size used for various text, for example the edit box, last 3 posts on that page have lost their proper formatting). I'm using the old theme, if that matters.
- Default forum clock has shifted backwards a few hours.
- When using the new default theme, the "last post" timestamp of the "related topics" is not visible. Not happening when using the old theme.

Hi, thank for commenting those:
1. I'll check the old theme to see if it's something changed later globally;
2. Yes, to match the server location/tz;
3. That's on purpose; you'll see the timestamp only if logged in. This will stay that way because it was messing up google indexing. (https://chdk.setepontos.com/index.php?topic=12861.msg128593#msg128593)

The reply page is very weird now (screenshot attached, assume same issue srsa mentioned)

Also, RE the orinal issue, I have "Show WYSIWYG editor on post page by default." disabled in my profile, just in case that's related.

No, that "this feature is deprecated..." text is something new. I see that on the login page and on the forum "home" page in multiple copies. Affects only the new theme.
