Fisheye problem with Canon Sx40HS on RAW images

Hello! I really hope someone can help me. I've been using my SX40HS for a while now and recently decided to do the CHDK so I can try to shoot RAW. As everyone says that RAW is better than JPEG I wanted to try it but I have a tiny problem. When I open the RAW images on Lightroom to process them they have this ugly fisheye effect. I know that's what the camera sees, but I was wondering how can I fix that using Lightroom (or any other software) I tried to apply a lens correction but it doesn't worked as I expected, maybe is because I am doing it wrong? Or maybe I used the wrong lens? On the list there wasn't the Canon SX40 HS lens option... I must say that I've never processed a RAW image before, this is my first experience. Can someone tell me how do I fix this fisheye effect? I would really appreciate it...

Greetings,
Jo.

This is typical for a CHDK RAW file. You see what the sensors sees. Lightroom needs a lens profile for your camera. For the SX40 you can download the profile here: https://chdk.setepontos.com/index.php?topic=9268.msg95545#msg95545

Hello, thank you for your answer! I downloaded the profile and put it on the Lens Profile folder but when I go to lightroom it won't show up on the list...

I did the same right now with the SX230. If you copied the lcp File in the right folder, you have to restart LR. Then you have to enable lens correction. Now you can select ‘Canon’ and then you will find the profile in model.
