chdkptp r707: extras/devutil.lua, dlstart error?

Hello,

Just upgraded to chdkptp r707, thanks for adding cli_error_exit feature and the lua/extras.  Exploring devutil.lua raised questions.

On my ixus160's, I tried dlstart in an interactive session.  chdkptp returns
Code: [Select]
ERROR: :81: native calls disabledDpget and dpsave both work as expected.

Does the error refer to CHDK (on the camera) build time config option OPT_FORCE_LUA_CALL_NATIVE ?  If yes, the warning inside buildconf.inc mentions "permanently enable native calls."  Does permanent mean irreversibly set forever in the camera?  Or simply that I have to rebuild CHDK with option=0 to turn it off?

Either that define, or the menu item in the misc menu will enable it. You could also copy a config file that has the option set, if you don't have physical access to the CHDK menu.

It means always on in that build, rather than being controlled by the menu option.
