No Firmware Update option - Powershot SX10

I do not have the Firmware Update on my PowerShot SX10.

Info:
Firmware Ver. 1.01A
Computer is a Mac
PS.FI2 and DISKBOOT.BIN is on the root directory of my 4GB SD card.
I press Play Mode and not turn on.
Have repeated these steps SEVERAL time.

Any suggestions of what I am missing? Thanks in advance!

I just answered your question on Google+ so I'll cut and paste the answer here.

Installing with a Mac sometimes causes problems. Read this : http://chdk.wikia.com/wiki/FAQ/Mac#Still_Having_Trouble.3F first. But I would really suggest using the STICK utility to install everything for you - works on Macs and PCs : http://zenoshrdlu.com/stick/stick.html
