No. As you can see from this page, currently there isn't even a firmware dump for it and until there is porting CHDK cannot even be started. Even if a dump were available, porting would require someone with the right skills to do the job.

First of all: thank you for your great work. I buyed an sx420is... but I do not have advanced programming skills to make a build, but I here to test it (maybe), or try to help to make it, if that is possible anyway.

I hate to tell but.. I do not have any money to buy that disassembling tool. I got a dump. Could somebody help me to get a disassembled bin file?

CHDK includes a dissassembler in its /tools directory.  Nothing to buy.

That's just the first step in creating a port.  Have you read through and mostly understood the rest of the instructions?

I see, and as I wrote earlier I'm not a programmer at all, just try to make it... I know, it's harder then I think for me, but I can't bothering you here too much.
