Or adjust your criteria... for example, the SX60 is only 16MP, but should otherwise meet all the criteria and be a better camera overall than low end models like the SX540 and SX620.

Thank you very much for your reply.

I have actually looked for the SX60 port in the downloads section of the CHDK website but I can't find it. I have looked in both the 1.4.1 and 1.5.0 sections.

Why is it USELESS?

The G3X is a phantastic camera, many more low end cameras will be supported.
So i think the question is legitimate. I also wonder why nobody is working on this camera. I would do it if I could.
More than uploading a firmware is not what i can do.

Maybe to expansive for most people...

A camera gets ported when somebody with the necessary skill and knowledge volunteers to do the port.  That usually also means they have access to the actual camera, typically because they own one.  There is no schedule for this and no list of volunteers looking for such a project.
