Right I forgot about that. Well in any case it works now, I have no clue why. I went to try it again today to see what the console output and it magically worked fine. I'm guessing the old drivers were still running when I tried to connect to it before and I just had to restart my computer to get them to leave me alone, but I could have sworn I tried a restart when it didn't work earlier; that's pretty much the first law of debugging.

Oh well, thanks for your work on this port!

Hello, I have the ELPH 180 100c and the complete file did not work the MODULE files and the small file if it works but the SCRIPTS are bad; then in the small file I replace the SCRIPTS folder and it works perfectly in the camera.
I hope this helps someone.

This sounds like an installation problem, the "full" zip from the autobuild works fine for me. You should basically never use the small zip.

Can anyone using this camera comment on the stability of CHDK on the unit? I am considering switching to this camera as a newer alternative to the Digic4 stuff I have been using. Think precision sync (via battery 3rd wire) will work?

At the moment, there are only two cameras (sx200is, ixus120_sd940) with precision sync via battery 3rd wire enabled in the autobuild  using :

I added A/D support for all the lipo battery cameras I have in trunk  r5062, including elph180. So @arsenix should be able to just use the latest trunk.
