I have had a Canon s100 for a few years now....i would love to be able to use this on my quadcopter/drone to shoot stills especially in "RAW" mode.
I have been to this page a number of times....i know the firmware version of my s100 (102a)....i have a cable i made up to hook my s100 ..camera to my flight controller.....so as to shoot remotely from my radio.
If anyone could help me....i sure would appreciate it...action cam is not very good with still images and they do not shoot raw.
I would love to capture some awesome images from my drone in raw format.
                        thank you
                          Leo

You might want to look at this : KAP UAV Exposure Control Script and its associated forum thread

That script was developed using an S100 (although it will work with any CHDK equipped camera).

You might also want to read this article about Canon image stabilization issues : Lets Talk Canon Cameras   It points out why you want to invest in a really good camera mount with lots of vibration isolation.

Finally, information on how to install CHDK can be found here :  Prepare your SD card  The STICK utility linked at the top of that page is particularly recommended.
