I've just learned about CHDK while I was cleaning my lens on another camera. I got really excited, looked for my model, didn't see it and started to get
very depressed
Anywho with the earliest powershot G model I saw being 7, I'm wondering if there has been any real attempts with failure at the end due to hardware limitations? Or just simply no interest? I don't want to attempt trying to make this work and find out in the end it was never possible if people already knew.
So somebody please confirm. I'm not looking to get fancy features- At the very least to get RAW images taken. I'll be waiting
Errr most likely because I haven't used the camera yet but it looks like there already is a raw image capturing option? But I still want to know about utilizing CHDK
