The date is stored internally in the JPG as EXIF (or other metadata) info.  There is nothing in CHDK to let you change that.  However, if you google "EXIF edit"  I'm sure you will find a lot of option depending on your computer and skill level.

Here's a good start for example : Comparison of metadata editors

Unfortunately I don't know what you are talking about.
I only know that I did not have date on my photos before, after install this CHDK on my SD card, a date appear... Is there some tutorial on YT that I can see what I must to change that date disappear ?

Can someone please move this to : ''Hello, I'm a NEWBIE - HELP!!'' ( I don't see that when I post this )

Okay - I see what you mean now.  There is a time and date stamp in the lower right hand corner of each image.

That information is not put there by CHDK.  I can 100% guarantee that!  It's something you enable / disable in the Canon menus on your camera.   Look in the first menu tab for something called Date Stamp and turn it off

The date on the image is a Canon feature. See "Inserting the time and Date" in the manual for your camera (around page 57)

It's unlikely that CHDK changed this setting.

Yes, you was right, I went crazy searching how to remove this because I don't have this before I switch to CHDK, and after install it, it appears so I was thinking that it comes with CHDK, somehow it is enabled by installation of CHDK... It is removed from canon default settings, and now all is ok.

One more speedy question if not problem.
Canon PS sx230hs, can I change values for iso, shutter speed and aperture... in video format or that settings that I have on M mode that can change refer only to the pics ?

The SX230HS does not support manual control for video.

CHDK also does not support manual control in video, although there is a script that can provide some controls on some cameras http://chdk.wikia.com/wiki/Manual_Exposure_Control_for_Video_Recording

According to that page, it works on SX230

I think that pretty much everything that exists about CHDK scripting is linked to from this page :

link > CHDK Scripting Cross Reference Page

There is a also a lot of handy programming stuff further down the page.

It is time to try this, but I'm not good in this, so help will be appreciated, don't want to damage camera.

I download a script from this link :
Code: [Select]
https://app.box.com/s/n0ja0wbii7coiz06mdw1Then I put it on my sd card in section Scripts. Then run CHDK, and go to script > load script from file and load it, but next step I can't find and it is ''place the camera into video recording mode'', hmm how to place camera in that mode I have M, AV, TV, P, Auto, Easy, Movie digest, Portrait, Landscape, Kids and Pets, Stitch Asist and Standard.

So what I need to select to make this thing work, I know it is dumb question, but I read that this things are dangerous and won't to damage my camera.
