I have bought lots of SX130is cameras and for the first time one of them is
firmware 100b.
Firmware dump is here :

I remember there was a tool by 'WW' that makes porting easier if other
firmware ports already exist.
Have there been any newer porting tools, a friend may be able to port the
camera if you can give some advice ?

Canon issued a firmware fix for the SX130IS so you may be able to update the camera to a newer version.

Canon say this :-

The sixth digit of my camera serial number is '1' and there is no mark on
the  battery door.
So, that update does not apply to my camera and the original question
remains.

Is it possible your 100b camera was repaired by a 3rd party? If so, the body serial number might not match the installed firmware.

A user in the porting thread reported updating from 100b to 101c: https://chdk.setepontos.com/index.php?topic=5691.msg59745#msg59745

It's very unlikely that there is a *different* 100b which cannot be updated, so I would expect the firmware update to work on your camera. (But as always, no guarantee ;))

Firmware updated via Canon process. Works perfectly.
Now CHDK tool identify the image from camera like a 101c firmware.
