I have a Canon PowerShot A3400 IS and I'm extremely happy to have the DNG output provided by CHDK since the aggressive noise reduction in the JPEGs is pretty horrible. Unfortunately, I've run into a bug: in the mode with the candle icon that says "Low light (4M)" the DNG file produced is unusable. I tried 4M DNG files in both UFRaw and Adobe Photoshop to verify that it was the DNG data and not just one program messing up.

I've posted a broken DNG here: http://core.nctritech.com/da/CRW_0159.DNG

If any more info is needed then please let me know. I'd love to have DNG files to work with when using the low-light mode.

Known issue. CHDK only supports full sized RAW/DNG, special (quarter res) modes will not produce usable raw file.

Ah, that's unfortunate, but I understand why it can't be done. Thanks for letting me know!
