Is this problem with CHDK on SD Camera card or with CHDKPTP on my laptop ?
It possible that the break in shoting between ona and second canon is setting to only 1ms ? ( default was 100 milisecond) ?

This means that image data didn't become available in the expected time. The timeout depends on options passed to remoteshoot, it should be 20 seconds if there are no options.

This could happen if the camera failed to shoot, or hung, or if the exposure time was very long.
Don't forget what the H stands for.
