First try seeing if there are any known hidden menus. If not or if the hidden menu doesn't have RAW, you would have to download or dump the firmware, start searching for strings and see if anything looks obvious. Maybe it will reveal a hidden menu or a scripting method. If not you will have to disassemble the code and somehow modify or override it.
