This step was unfortunately necessary because the forum software is outdated. The provider has announced that the necessary php version will be switched off shortly.

We have decided not to update the forum software. Effort and benefits are in a very bad relationship. The CHDK community has become smaller. It is better to unite the active users in the international forum.

With web.archiv.org there is a backup of all forum posts. All important file attachments from the forum are saved on box.net.

The CHDK-DE Autobuild server will continue to exist. There will be a slightly changed download page for the autobuild.

That is great news. From what I saw on it over the last half year or so you do have some work ahead in communicating the joyous fact.
Activity turned from little to less but on the upside: It can only increase form there  8)

Koshy had a little ELPH which wasn't white as snow but everywhere that Koshy went the ELPH was sure to go. (actually an SD, but that detail ruins the rhyme...)
