Hi,

I want to capture time-lapse video with my Canon Powershot SX110 IS camera. This camera can't capture HD, so I want to capture that frame-by-frame. I need a looping timer, for example, I want to capture a photo every 5 seconds, for 2 hours. About 1440 frames in total. I need a looping timer so there will no need for me to go to press the shutter every time.

Can anybody write a script regarding this?

Thanks.

The kind of script you are looking for is usually called an intervalometer.

A simple examples are included in CHDK/SCRIPTS: interval.lua and interval.bas, written in lua and ubasic respectively.

You can find more complex examples in the forum, such as my rawopint.lua https://chdk.setepontos.com/index.php?topic=12697.0 or waterwingz "ultimate intevalometer"  https://chdk.setepontos.com/index.php?topic=9969.0
Don't forget what the H stands for.

Thanks for helps reyalp and waterwingz for answers (helps). That intervalometer was working, and that's what I needed.
