AF with INTERVALOMETER

Hi!
I sucsefully downloaded and installed CHDK software. I try to use intervalometer from script, but AF(blue square) doesn't  allowe me to use it. Camera tries to take a picture, it Focuses on object but than it stops, it doesn't take any picture.
