As I hinted, I wonder if we could consider at least adding in the link to custom timer.
That is refocus as normal if custom timer not in use, but use the knowledge of knowing the custom timer number of brackets to not refocus after the last bracket.
I'm not clear what real problem this is supposed to fix. I understand the values didn't end up where you expected them, but does it actually break something? Are you relying on the subject distance being at a particular value after bracketing is done?
But, after n brackets, ie n specified in the customer timer, the exposure is reset to the base exposure at the start.
A somewhat pedantic clarification: Except for the recent ISO mode fix, CHDK does not reset anything at the end of bracketing. It just happens that the Canon firmware resets them in the next half press cycle, either from AE values or USER_ propcases.
