best sensor Canon with CHDK than S110?

Hello,
Currently I use an S110 with CHDK.Is there a P&S form factor camera with better (bigger..) sensor that also has CHDK support?If bigger, like M3/M10, anything beyond that?
Please let me know!

I still like to use my S110. For the size, it still delivers good pictures.
 
I once had a G7x. The G7x's sensor is really good. However, the lens has a lot of lens flares. With time lapse in the sun it does not look so nice.
 
I love my G1x. Very robust and low noise. The limitation is the dynamic range. Almost as big as an M3.
 
My M3 is my Favorite cam. The only thing that bothers me is the loud shutter.

You can try to use an electronic shutter...

It's been a while. I couldn't control the exposure at that time. You mean I should try it again?

The last post from that topic describes the way to control SV that looks slightly similar to ISO. IIRC Tv and Av also can be controlled with some limitations.
