Finally got some clear skies so here is a quick solar disk at quarter size. It was shot at 100x zoom, iso200, 1/8000s and f8. Stack of ~300 jpegs using AS3!, PIPP and AstroSurface. The Sun is only about 10deg high at my location so I expect better results later next year.

Here is a coal tit I caught in mid air with my SX530 using the shutter override above. 1/2500s, ISO 100, wide open Av.
