Canon G-10 Firmware no longer available

I have two Canon PowerShot G10 cameras with the original firmware 1.0. It looks like I need FW1.02 or newer to be able to use CHDK. Canon no longer has any firmware updates on their Canadian, US, Russian, European websites for download.
Any ideas on how to solve this problem?

FWIW, in case other people run into this, I was able to get the files from web.canon.jp links on https://chdk.fandom.com/wiki/Official_Canon_firmware_updates using the wayback machine https://web.archive.org/

hi i tried that link and it didnt work
ive looked every wher for a update for my g10 its on version 1.00
anybody know where i can get an updated version cheers

Yes. Both methods you see above your post work. For simplicity, here's the more or less English version of the french site's download window where you need to click on the second download.

I've added the

Canon firmware update to version 1.0.2.0 for the G10

to the Others section at the CHDK repository since the Canon web pages are no longer available.
The filename is Canon Firmware Update 1.0.2.0 for PowerHost G10 (PERMANENT FIRMWARE UPDATE !).7z

This 7-zip archive contains the update file (filename canon psg10-1020-exe) and also a pdf printout of the Canon web page for this update, both gathered from the Internet Archive Wayback Machine.

The canon psg10-1020-exe windows executable file is a self extracting zip archive.
It can be unzipped to a folder (e.g. with the 7-zip tool from www.7-zip.org) to get the bare .FI2 firmware update file, e.g. if you are working from a Linux / MACOS machine.
