Hi,
I'm new to this.  I followed the instructions, and was successful in loading the Firmware update.  I used build #50.
I loaded it and used it.  Turned the camera off, and now can't load the <alt> menu again.
I tried pressing the Print button like the instructions said.  No luck.  Should I just try re-loading the firmware?  Or is there something I'm missing?

CHDK doesn't actually update your firmware, you'll have to do the update procedure everytime you want
to start it, unless you want to use the 'autoload feature. For this, you need to make your card 'bootable'
and slide the write-protect on the card to on.

edit: sorry, doesn't seem to be in there (yet) - try this utility if you run Windows to make your card bootable:
