I followed the directions for using a 32 GB card - 2 Gigs with FAT 16 (E:), and the rest in FAT 32 (F:)  (on my computer)
Set it up as boot disk, and it boots just fine.
But I discovered that the pictures still go the the 2 GB section of the card
Is there anyway to get them to go the the 32G section?

What camera are you using?  More recent camera models  (the last ~10 years) don't need, and can't use, the dual partition setup you have created.
