Does ISO 1 even work? I thought all cameras have a lower limit for ISO well above 1. Have you checked if there is a difference between ISO 1, 5 and 10 for example?

Hej,
Yeah and which cam ?
Seems on mine ISO override has no effect at all. :/
(by the way, I'm not 100% sure of my testings, shouldn't we have some dedicated threads on the forums to discuss about new possibilities/camera limitations (like to the wiki table about it), one thread per cam ?)

I can get my TX-1 to display the ISO as 10-8000. That doesn't actually mean it is working as it says, but then again, I haven't actually tried to REALLY test it.
I'm still completely overwhelmed with all of the choices and too busy experimenting & playing! :)

-But I would like to test all of it so I could know.
Whoa-Hey! Careful where you point that thing. You're gonna shoot someone!

generally the real iso50(marketed 80) is the smallest
with older cameras maybe you can get iso 30(50) too like with a610

I can't seem to find any info on how "digital" ISO actually works.

Well, after a long break I have come back to the forums!  I am sorry I did not respond to this thread earlier. The ISO was nearer to 10, after I retested multiple times.  I did achieve ISO's of 10 and lower, but, my A620 would crash and I could never get a picture, or it would revert to ISO 10 (although still reading ISO 1).

If only it wouldn't crash!!!
