M3 MagicLantern??

Is there any way of getting Magic Lantern using CHDK on a Canon EOS M3?? I got CHDK working of a SD Card using "stick".

Any tutorials on getting Magic Lantern? I went to the ML forum but they said to come here!

I have CHDK on SD Card working but all I want is MagicLantern!!

If you want Magic Lantern, then get an M ;-)


The M3 is a CHDK camera.


BTW if you are a photographer, then, IMHO, as a user of ML and CHDK, you have a better deal with CHDK.

No. EOS M3 and a few others in the EOS M series are based on the PowerShot firmware, which is a different codebase than the DSLR firmware supported by Magic Lantern. That why CHDK is available for these cams, and Magic Lantern is not.
