The "firmware update" method is not functional on this camera, so you need to make the SD card bootable to load CHDK. See https://chdk.fandom.com/wiki/Prepare_your_SD_card
Don't forget what the H stands for.

I have done this but the sd card will only boot if it is locked i also get a module error and almost nothing work ive tried with chimp and stick but they both have the same problem all the other methods dont work at all

That´s intended.  :) Card is bootable and You know the right FW.

:( You could try to download a G11 build and copy the CHDK-folder with explorerr to the card, maybe the transfer failed.

If you get module error, the most likely cause is the card is not correctly prepared. I'd suggest reformatting the card in camera, and then preparing using stick or chimp.

What size card are you using?
Don't forget what the H stands for.
