Currently, I'm compelled to duplicate all the CHDK files onto a fresh SD card due to my inability to locate where CHDK stores the OSD layout. I checked within the DATA directory, but it doesn't seem to be located there. Could someone kindly point out where CHDK stores the OSD layout? This way, I could just copy that particular file to my different SD cards.

CHDK configuration is stored in the .CFG files in the CHDK directory. You can copy them all if you, most OSD related settings should be in OSD__4.CFG
