It depends. Registration with third party authentication isnt working properly but with email/password should be. There have been a few lately.
I just heard for that person again - "It's been a few weeks, so I thought I'd post an update: Still no activation email. I've tried having it resent, tried different email addresses, even different email providers, but still nothing in the inbox or spam folders."
Is there something else he can try?
